cancellation policy:
Clients must give 48 hours notice on any Day Office cancellations for a 100% refund if payment has already been processed. 24 hours notice of cancellation is needed to receive a credit for a future booking. Cancellations given less than 24 hours from the start of the booking, as well as no shows, will not be entitled to a refund. There are no partial refunds if full time booked was not utilized by the client. Credits Issued will be available to use only for the original service booked. It cannot be used for a different plan or service. Credits cannot be shared.
