Rachael Sood
RN, MSN, APRN, NP-C, CDCES
Rachael is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of TDC. She is a Board-certified Adult Health Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has nearly 25 years and 50,000 hours of direct patient care experience, which spans multiple hospital and clinic settings within St. Tammany, Orleans, and Jefferson Parishes. Her expertise encompasses a collection of Diabetes care approaches, including education, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, technology integration, and training. She practices Diabetology, a specialty branch of Endocrinology.
