Pegasus Behavioral Services

We are pleased to welcome Pegasus Behavioral Services as a new tenant at Brownstone Office Park. Pegasus Behavioral Services provides mental health counseling for individuals and families, with services available both in person and through telehealth.


About Frank Rattray

Pegasus Behavioral Services is led by Frank Rattray, a retired Army professional with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. He holds two master’s degrees in Clinical Counseling and Clinical Psychology and began his mental health career while serving in the military.


Frank has experience working with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), autism, and learning disorders. He has worked with clients across a range of ages and cultural backgrounds and has experience consulting for and testifying in legal matters.


Frank’s style of therapy is client-focused and personal. He works by building a relationship with clients as individuals, recognizing that they are the experts on their own lives. Together, he and the client develop goals and solutions that are tailored to the client’s needs. He uses solution-focused therapy, family systems theory, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), selecting the methods most beneficial for each client.
